Training...

So on Tues and Thurs i started Kick boxing...Wow it has been so much fun. Tali says because i started i think i can beat everyone up. The funny thing is I don't think I know(lol). That's for you honey. I go with a group of my girlfriends and we've been having a good time. Now one of the girls I go with got me to fun the Hana relay with them. Okay I seriously have done anything like this and really haven't done much of any exercising. So I'm excited to set some goals. So I took tali on a run with me around our neighborhood and the one below us. Now Tali being the husband that he is was a great support although he was bogging a little up the hill but I will say he had some extra weight pushing amira. We had a great run it was about 2 miles...

That's so cool! How exciting! Man, just reading about all that working out is making me tired. haha. It's good that you're learning the kickboxing now while your young because in a very short while you and Tali are going to have to fight off all those boys going after Avei and Amira. And the way things are going...probably fight off the girls from Kama and Noa!

watch out now with that kick boxing..training helps build stamina, and stamina falls into the baby category and you LOOKING ALL GOOD !!...nah, just kidding ..... is there kick boxing upcountry do you know? better yet is there a tupuna class?

OOooh, kick boxing sounds fun! Way to go. I might have to join you if we lived in town! I don't know about the running though. That is hard core. Good for you! That Hana Relay will feel like such a great accomplishment.
